Diligent Academy User Set-up Instructions

Welcome to Diligent Institute Certifications. Our programs are avaliable as on-demand eLearning experiences through Diligent Academy. Follow these four steps to set up your account.

1. You will receive an email from noreply@diligent.com with the subject line “Diligent Academy – Account Setup Invitation”. In that email, click “Accept Invite and create your password.
2. After creating your password, log in to Diligent Academy at https://certificates.diligent.com/learn/
3. Your Learner Dashboard will open. Review the three resources providing guidance on how to navigate Diligent Academy.
4. Begin your certificate program in the Activity section by selecting the Learning Paths tab. Email certifications@diligent.com with any questions.
