The program includes four courses exploring human capital, compensation and culture. Each includes videos, readings, exercises, case studies and quizzes.

This course provides a high-level overview of the structure, role and responsibilities of the compensation committee, paying particular attention to the committee’s expanding role, including the integration of talent risk oversight, DE&I, culture and ESG. Learners will also explore how the compensation committee can create an effective working relationship with other board committees and executive leadership.

Participants will then learn best practices in investor engagement, along with the evolving world of say on pay shareholder votes and how to prepare for and deliver an effective CEO performance evaluation.

  • Oversee the construction of a balanced CEO compensation package, understanding the competing factors involved.
