Faculty Member Biography

Heather Masshardt is the Director of Policy Services for the PA School Boards Association and has served in the policy area of PSBA for over 20 years. She regularly provides training to school boards and school administrators on a variety of policy and governance topics. Her areas of specialty include school safety and security, special education, accessibility, technology, trauma-informed approach and federal procurement. Prior to working at PSBA, Heather served as a college and community reference librarian.
