Joyce Cacho

Independent Board Director, Sunrise Banks, NA, World Benchmarking Alliance (WBA), and Institute of Tropical Agriculture (IITA)

Joyce is an experienced corporate board director and change catalyst. Her 20+ year career spans four industries and four companies, developing her skills in enterprise risk management, and business development, including ESG/Sustainability leadership roles in manufacturing and banking, with implications for supply chain and operations. Recognized by Savoy Network as a Most Influential Black Corporate Director, Joyce’s experience includes B2B, B2C, technology-driven, PE-backed, public, and privately funded companies. Her board director experience with Sunrise Banks, NA, World Benchmarking Alliance, and formerly Land O’Lakes, Inc. — a Fortune 200 company, is leveraged to catalyze change with How Women Lead, and College of the Atlantic. Joyce holds a Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist (CAMS) designation and is a NACD Board Leadership Fellow.
